Chili Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 500 g
  • Green Chili 7-8
  • Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Clove 3
  • Black Pepper 6-8
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Bay Leave 1
  • Whole Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek 2 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Tara Gram Masala 2 tsp
  • Onion 1

Method:

  1.     Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and fry chicken till golden in color.
  2.     Add onion and whole spices, fry more.
  3.     In a bowl add tomatoes, water and all powder spices, cook on low flame and stir continuously.
  4.     When gravy become thick and chicken tender add fenugreek, green chili and green coriander, serve.
