Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 g
- Green Chili 7-8
- Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
- Garlic 2 tsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Clove 3
- Black Pepper 6-8
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Bay Leave 1
- Whole Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Tara Gram Masala 2 tsp
- Onion 1
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and fry chicken till golden in color.
- Add onion and whole spices, fry more.
- In a bowl add tomatoes, water and all powder spices, cook on low flame and stir continuously.
- When gravy become thick and chicken tender add fenugreek, green chili and green coriander, serve.
