Chili Karela Beef Dry
Ingredients:
Beef 350gms
Bitter Gourd 500 grms
Onion 1
Tomato (chopped) 1
Coriander (crushed) 2tsps
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilies 8-10
Garlic and Ginger (crushed) 2 tsps
Oil 1/2 cup
Tara Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry Karella until golden brown, then drain and put it in a bowl.
Add ginger, garlic and beef in the same oil and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add tomato and all spices, cook in a slow flame until meat is tender.
Now add fried Karella, onion and green chillies, fry for 2-3 mint until all spices are mixed well with vegetables.
Dish it out and sprinkle Taara garm masala on top.
