Chilli Milli Mince Recipe by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Mince                                ½ kg
Crushed Red pepper                1 tbsp
All Spice                            ½ tsp
Salt                                1 tsp heaped
Ketchup                            2 tbsp
Oil                                    ½ cup
Coriander leaves                     2 tbsp
Green chilies                        4
Ginger/ garlic                         1 tbsp
Zeera crushed                        1 ½ tsp
Dhania (crushed)                    1 ½ tsp
Desiccated Coconut (roasted & ground) 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds (roasted & ground)    1 tbsp
Khaskhash                            1 tbsp
Yogurt                                ¾ cup

Method:
Marinate mince with all above, except oil and hara masala for 2 hours. Heat oil, add mince, cover & cook till done and oil comes on top.  Stir and cook well, then serve.
