China Grass Ki Barfi

Ingredients:

China Grass      50 gram

Milk       1 kg

Khoya   250 grams

Pistachio Essence             1 tsp

Green Colour     as required

Pistachio Chopped          as required

Canderel         as required

 

Method:

Take a cooking pot add 1 kg of milk and canderel (Sweetener)  . When the canderal (Sweetener)  is dissolve add 250 grams of khoya as required green food colour, 1 tsp of pistachio essence mix it well and cook. Take another cokking pan add water and 50 grams of china grass and add the mixture in milk. Set the mixture in the tray and garnish with slice piastachio and set it to room temperature. When the mixture is set and cut into squares and serve it.
