Chinese Chicken by Zubaida Tariq

Chinese Chicken
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Green Onion 6
Noodles ½ Packet
Sesame seeds ½ cup
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Oil 3 tbsp
Sesame Seed Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil ½ packet noodles.
In a pan, add in oil and add in noodle. Fry till golden brown.
Add in boneless chicken, soya sauce, sugar, salt, white vinegar and keep it for some time.
In a pan, add in garlic cloves. Fry till golden brown.
Add in chicken and cook till the water dries.. add in green onion and ½ cup sesame seeds. Simmer it.
In the end mix chicken and noodles, put some sesame seed oil, green onion, sesame seeds and serve.
