Ingredients:
- Chicken Mince ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
- Bread Slices 2
- White Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Onion 2
- Salt to taste
- Egg 2
- Oil to fry
For Sauce:
- Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
- Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
- Jaggery 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut the corners of the bread slices and mix it with ½ kg chicken mince.
- Chop it together.
- In a bowl, take out the chopperized mince.
- Mix in corn flour, chicken cube flour, vinegar, crushed black pepper and some salt.
- Add in green onion and eggs.
- Mix it.
- Make small balls and dip them in egg white and fry.
- In a frying pan, add in ½ cup chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, jiggery, salt and corn flour.
- Mix it and make a thick sauce.
- Put the sauce in the dish.
- Add in chicken balls.
- Garnish it with spring onions and serve.
