Ingredients:
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Bread Slices 2
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chopped Green Onion 2
Salt to taste
Egg 2
Oil to fry
For Sauce:
Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Method:
• Cut the corners of the bread slices and mix it with ½ kg chicken mince. Chop it together.
• In a bowl, take out the chopperized mince.
• Mix in corn flour, chicken cube flour, vinegar, crushed black pepper and some salt.
• Add in green onion and eggs. Mix it.
• Make small balls and dip them in egg white and fry.
• In a frying pan, add in ½ cup chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, jiggery, salt and corn flour. Mix it and make a thick sauce.
• Put the sauce in the dish. Add in chicken balls.
• Garnish it with spring onions and serve.
