Chinese Drumsticks

Ingredients:

  • Wings Drumsticks ½ kg
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Take drumsticks in the pan and add in 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar
  2. Add slat and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and steam it on a low flame.
  3. Take some oil in the pan and deep fry the drumsticks.
  4. Now put the fried drumsticks in the pan, add in 2 tbsp honey
  5. Add ½ cup sesame seeds, lemon juice and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Stir fry it.
  6. When honey turns into caramel – serve them hot.
