Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 2 cups
Milk 250 grams
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 sachet
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Butter 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Filling
Boneless Chicken (Chopped) 250 grams
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion 1
Finely Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Sesame Seeds 3-4 tbsp
Egg Yolk 1
Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a luke warm water add 1 sachet of yeast, 1 tbsp of sugar mix it well and leave it. Take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, add to taste salt, add 1-2 tbsp of butter mix it well when yeast it raised make a dough with the help of 250 grams of milk leave it and dough is ready. Now cover the bowl with plastic cling and set aside. For Filling : take a mixing bowl add 250 grams of boneless chopped chicken add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of giner paste, 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp of honey mix it well leave it for 20-25 minutes. Take a cooking pan add the rest of the oil, heat the oil add chicken mixture and fry then add finely chopped onion fry 2-3 minutes add ½ bunch of coriander take it out and set aside let it cool down. Filling is ready. Take a bun dough roll it with the help of rolling pin and cut into rond shape fill the stuffing and close with egg yolks then grease it with 3-4 tbsp of sesame seed oil and bake it for 18-20 minutes on 200C. Now bun is ready to serve.
