Ingredients:
- Prawns 300 gm
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Ingredients for Masala:
- Mustard oil ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Whole all spice as required
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Coconut milk ¾ cup
- Salt as required
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Apply salt, turmeric, and paprika on prawns and left for 15-20 min.
- Heat butter add prawns and sauté on high heat.
- Heat oil for masala add onion, whole all spice, ginger garlic paste and green chilies fry well.
- Add salt, chili, and all spice fry well.
- Add coconut milk. Also add prawns cook for 5-6 minute.
- Dish out and garnish with green chilies and green coriander.
