Chipotle Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Oil
1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
350 gm Chicken Breast
1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
4 cup Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 cup Crushed Baked Tortilla
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
1 lemon

Method:

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chicken; sauté 2 minutes. Add chile powder and cumin; stir well. Add chicken stock, salt, and tomatoes paste, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Top with tortilla chips and cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
