Ingredients:
Butter 2 cups leveled
Sugar 2 cups
Vanilla 1 ½ tsp
Eggs (separated) 6
Coco Powder 5 tbsp
Flour 2 cups
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Milk ½ cup
For Icing:
Unsalted Butter ½ cup
Vanilla Essence 1 ½ tsp
Icing Sugar 1 box
Coco Powder 1/3 cup
Salt a pinch
Milk ½ cup
Method for Cake:
Sieve together flour and baking powder.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla till fluffy, add in cocoa powder.
Beat egg whites very stiff, then add in yolks and beat well.
Gradually add this egg mixture in the butter mixture and continue to beat well.
Lastly fold in the stiffed flour and baking powder in the batter and bake it for 40 minutes. Remove cool and ice with prepared chocolate icing.
Method for icing:
Melt butter add in cocoa than mix in vanilla essence, milk, icing sugar. Mix all well and refrigerate it before applying, beat well till fluffy
