Ingredients:
- Flour 8 oz
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
- Caster sugar 8 oz
- Butter 8 oz
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Chocolate chips 100 gm
- Icing:
- Butter 4 oz
- Icing sugar 8 oz
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Milk 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar
- Add eggs, fold in flour, cocoa and baking powder
- Add vanilla essence and chocolate chips.
- Spoon mixture in cupcake cases
- Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes, remove when done and cool.
- For the icing, beat butter and icing sugar, cocoa powder, milk
- Add in the essence, ice the cupcakes and decorate.
