Chocolate Hazelnut Cheese Cake
Ingredients for base:
Hazelnut wafers (crushed) 2½ cups
Butter 3 oz melted
Ingredients for filling:
Cream cheese 200gms
Whipped cream 2 cups
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Gelatin 2 tbsp leveled
Water ¼ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Caster sugar ½ cup
Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 1 cup
Hazelnut chocolates 1 cup
Method for base:
Crush biscuits mix with melted butter spread in a 9 inch pan and chill until firm.
Method for filling:
Beat cream cheese with quarter cup sugar, lemon juice, dissolved gelatin, vanilla essence, 1 cup whipped cream and Chocolate Hazelnut Spread. Beat well. Now fold in the remaining cream. Pour half the mixture on the biscuit base. Put chocolates cut in quarters all over. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and chill until set. Pipe rosettes with remaining whipped cream and chocolate in each rosette.
