CHOCOLATE ORANGE BUNS

Ingredients for dough:
Flour 4 cups
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Caster sugar ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Chopped glazed cherries ½ cup
Raisins 2 tbsp
Orange juice 2 tbsp
Orange jelly crystals 2 tbsp
Instant yeast 2 ½ tsp
Milk powder 4 tbsp
Luke warm water as required to knead

Ingredients for Filling:
Orange marmalade

Ingredients for Glaze:
Orange juice ¼ cup
Orange marmalade 4 tbsp
METHOD:
In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, castor sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, oil, chopped glazed cherries, raisins, orange juice, orange jelly crystals, instant yeast, milk powder and make into a soft dough leave to rise for 1 hour. Roll out the dough brush with melted butter spread with orange marmalade and roll like a swiss roll. Cut in pieces put in a cup cake tray cover and leave to rise for 30mins. Bake on 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and brush with glaze.
