Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops ½ kg
- Onion (4 pieces) 4
- Whole Red Pepper 12
- Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Tomato (sliced) 4
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Whole Mix Spices 1 tbsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
- Coriander Leave chopped 2 tbsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
Method:
- Heat oil add all the ingredients expect coriander leave and green chilies, cover and cook on low flame on 45 min till chops tender, open and fry well lastly add coriander and green chilies. Serve with Roti.
