Ingredients:
- Chops ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
- Lemons 3
- Chopped Green Coriander 4
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan, add in ½ kg chops, ginger garlic paste, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp red chili and some salt.
- Boil it and do not add water in it.
- When the water dries, add in oil, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper, lemon juice
