Ingredients:
- Mutton Foot 6
- Boiled White Chick Peas 300 grams
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red Chili Powder 3 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- All Spice Powder 1 tbsp
- Cloves 5-6
- Bay Leaves 1-2
- Green Cardamom 4-5
- Onions 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Whole Green Chilies for decoration
- Coriander for decoration
- Lemon for decoration
- Whole Ginger for decoration
- All Spice Powder for garnish
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 6 mutton paya add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 onions boil it for 4-5 hours.
- On a mean while take another cooking pan add 1 cup of oil add 1-2 bay leaves, 5-6 cloves,4-5 green cardamoms then add rest of the ginger garlic paste, 1 cup of yogurt, 2 tbsp of coriander, 1tbsp of all spice powder, 3 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, and add to taste salt mix it well and roasted.
- When all the spices are mixed add 300 grams of boiled chick peas, now add mutton paya mixture and cook on a low flame.
To make a baghar:
- Take 2 onions fry and add it to the paya mixture.
- At last garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander, lemon slices and serve it.
