Choux Pastry By Chef Mehboob Khan

Ingredients:

  • Water                          250 ml
  • Butter                          225 gms
  • Salt                               2 gms
  • Sugar                           10 gms
  • Flour                            225 gms
  • Eggs                              8

 

Method:

  1. Mix sugar, salt, butter and water and bring the mixture to boil.
  2. Now keep adding flour in small portions , when you have added all the flour , cook for a while and then remove from stove and serve.
  3. Now add egg one by one in the mixture and beat well.
  4. Now add this mixture in the piping bag and pipe it into a greased baking try and bake it for 30 minutes on 210 degree. Leave it to cool and serve
