Ingredients:
- Water 250 ml
- Butter 225 gms
- Salt 2 gms
- Sugar 10 gms
- Flour 225 gms
- Eggs 8
Method:
- Mix sugar, salt, butter and water and bring the mixture to boil.
- Now keep adding flour in small portions , when you have added all the flour , cook for a while and then remove from stove and serve.
- Now add egg one by one in the mixture and beat well.
- Now add this mixture in the piping bag and pipe it into a greased baking try and bake it for 30 minutes on 210 degree. Leave it to cool and serve
