CHUKANDAR GOSHT
Ingredients
Beef 1 kg
Beetroots (boiled) ½ kg
Onions 2
Green Chilies 4
Tomatoes ½ kg
Oil 1 cup
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Lemon Juices 2 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add onions till brown.
• Add ginger garlic paste, whole coriander, cumin seeds, coriander powder, crushed red chilies, salt and fry.
• Then add beef, tomatoes slices, let it simmer for 20 minutes.
• When tomatoes are tenders add boiled beetroots and fry well.
• Add lemon juices, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper and garam masala powder.
• Chukandar gosht is ready.
