Ingredients:
- Pomfret fish 2
- Garlic 3
- Onion ½
- Talhar chili 2-3
- Lemon 2
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Dry coriander 1tsp
- Cumin 1tsp
- Carom seed 1/2tsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Red chili (powder) 1tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Fenugreek (leaf) 1tbsp
- Chat spices 2tbsp
- Oil 3-4tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan roast dry coriander, cumin, carom seed and black pepper.
- Now in a pan heat and oil and fry onion, garlic, ginger and talhar pepper.
- Then in water mix and cook roasted spices, red chili, turmeric, lemon juice and salt.
- Blend all of these in a blender.
- Now add fenugreek leaf and chat masala and mix it in the mixture and marinate the fish with it.
- Now set on a baking tray and spread oil over it and bake it in the oven.
- Now dish it out and serve.
