Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Brown sugar 3/4 cup
- Melted butter 1/3 cup
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Egg 1
- For Topping:
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
- For Glaze:
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Milk roughly 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 350f line your baking dish with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- In a bowl whisk the Flour, baking powder, baking soda salt and cinnamon.
- Take another bowl melt the butter in microwave.
- Stir in the sugar following with vanilla essence and egg.
- Fold in the flour mixture (batter will bi thick) until combined.
- Transfer into the baking pan a spread evenly.
- Sprinkle over cinnamon sugar topping and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Combine ingredients for glaze and drizzle over blondies once cool.
- Cut and serve make 16 small squares.
