Ingredients:
- Meat (boiled) ½ kg
- Meat (chicken) 250 gms
- Potatoes 4
- Eggs (boiled) 4-5
- Rice (boiled) 750 gms
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Onions 2
- Whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Green Chillies 6-7
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Nutmeg & Mace Powder ½ tsp
- Kewra Essence few drops
- Yellow Food Color 2 pinch
Method:
- Heat ghee add onion and fry.
- Now add yogurt chicken, meat, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, tomatoes, turmeric and fry.
- Add potatoes, water and fry.
- Now add green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and nutmeg mace powder.
- After this, add egg fried eggs.
- Now in a yogurt add yellow food color and mix , pour on meat.
- Add fried onion and kewra essence.
- Then add boiled rice and ghee.
- Now in a yellow food color add water and mix well.
- Add on rice and let it simmer.
- Then take it out in a dish and serve.
