Ingredients
Coconut Water 1-2 cups
Finely Chopped Coconut ½ cup
Lemon (Slices) 2
Mint Leaves 5-6 leaves
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2-3
Black Salt 1/3 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Sugar Syrup 2 tbsp
Ice cubes as required
Method
Take a blender jug 1-2 cup of coconut water 2 tbsp of sugar syrup, 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 5-6 mint leaves, 1/3 tsp of black salt, and 1 tsp of ginger and as required ice cubes blend it. Now take it out in serving glasses and garnish with chopped coconut and 2 lemon slices and serve it.
