Ingredients:
- Flour 2 1/4 Cup
- sugar 1 1/2 Cup
- salt pinch
- baking powder 3 tsp
- milk 1 Cup
- butter or oil 1/4 Cup
- coffee brewed 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Beat butter and sugar together until creamy then add egg one at a time
- Then add flour and milk alternatively.
- Put it in over for 25-30 minutes at 350 F or 180 C
- Coffee Frosting/Filling:
- Take butter cream frosting add coffee and fill it in cakes.
