Coffee Jelly Recipe by Zarnak Sidhwa in Food Diaries

Ingredients:
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Hot water 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 3 tbsp
Coffee 2 cups

Method:
Dissolve gelatin in the hot water in a small bowl. Pour gelatin mixture, coffee, and sugar in a saucepan and heat. Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual servings or a large pan for cubing. Chill in the refrigerator until set, 6 to 7 hours.
