Cookie Dough Chocolate

Ingredients:

 

  • Butter                                            6 tbsp
  • Light Brown Sugar                                    ½ cup
  • Cream Cheese                              3 oz
  • Caster Sugar                                 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence                             2 tsp
  • Baking Soda                                  ¼ tsp
  • Salt                                                ¼ tsp
  • Flour                                              1- ¼ cups
  • Chocolate Chips                            ¾ cups
  • Milk Chocolate (chopped)                        ¾ cups

Method:

  1. Beat together the butter and brown sugar
  2. Add in the cream cheese and the caster sugar.
  3. Beat in the vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour until a dough is formed.
  4. If it is too wet add in a little more flour until it pulls away from the sides when beating.
  5. Stir in ¾ cup of chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and set aside.
  6. Line a mini muffin tin with mini lining cups.
  7. Spoon a little amount of the melted milk chocolate into the bottom of each of the muffin cups.
  8. Place the slightly flattened balls of cookie dough on top of the melted chocolate mixture.
  9. Leave cups as they are and let set
  10. Serve or pour a little amount of more melted chocolate over all of the cookie dough balls.
  11. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  12. Store in an airtight container.
