Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Surprise By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Plain cake 1
  • Pineapple Syrup 1 cup
  • Pineapple Tidbits as required
  • Caramel Egg Custard 1 packet
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 1 liter
  • Black Cookies (crushed) 1 cup
  • Walnut (crushed) half cup
  • Chocolate (chopped) half cup

 

Method:

  1. Spread cake slices on Pyrex dish, spread with pineapple.
  2. Make custard according to instruction and spread on pineapple leave it until set.
  3. Soften ice cream, spread on custard top with walnut chocolate chips and cookies freeze for 2 hours and serve.
