Ingredients:
- Plain cake 1
- Pineapple Syrup 1 cup
- Pineapple Tidbits as required
- Caramel Egg Custard 1 packet
- Milk 2 cups
- Vanilla Ice Cream 1 liter
- Black Cookies (crushed) 1 cup
- Walnut (crushed) half cup
- Chocolate (chopped) half cup
Method:
- Spread cake slices on Pyrex dish, spread with pineapple.
- Make custard according to instruction and spread on pineapple leave it until set.
- Soften ice cream, spread on custard top with walnut chocolate chips and cookies freeze for 2 hours and serve.
