Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 400 gm big cubes
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Ingredients for Batter
- Flour ½ cup heaped
- Corn flour 2 tsp heaped
- Baking powder ½ tsp heaped
- Chill water ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt and black pepper ½ tsp each
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard paste, and keep it for 30 mins.
- Make batter with chilled water.
- Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry till light golden.
- Serve with coleslaw, salad and fries.
