Copper Chicken

Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken boneless                400 gm big cubes
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Pepper                                  1 tsp
  • Mustard paste                     1 tsp
  • Vinegar                                 2 tsp
  • Ingredients for Batter
  • Flour                                      ½ cup heaped
  • Corn flour                             2 tsp heaped
  • Baking powder                   ½ tsp heaped
  • Chill water                            ½ cup
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper       ½ tsp each

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard paste, and keep it for 30 mins.
  2. Make batter with chilled water.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry till light golden.
  4. Serve with coleslaw, salad and fries.
