Corn and Bean Salad
Ingredients
For Salad
Boiled White Kidney Beans 200 grams
Boiled Green Beans 100 grams
Boiled Red Kidney Beans 100 grams
Sweet Corn ½ cup
Boiled Potatoes 1
Finely Chopped Carrot 1
Mix Fruit 200 grams
Soda 1 tbsp
For Cream Sauce
Cream ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method
For cream sauce: take ½ cup of cream, ½ cup of mayonnaise, 1tsp of sugar, ½ tsp of white pepper powder add to taste salt mix it well sand sauce is ready. For salad: take 200 grams of mixed fruit cut it to the chunks, 200 grams of white kidney beans, 200 grams of red kidney beans soaked with 1 tbsp of soda. Now take a cooking pan add soaked kidney beans and boiled softly boiled it separately discard the water. Now take a mixing bowl add boiled soya beans (red and white), 1 potato, 1 finely chopped carrot, ½ cup of sweet corns , 100 grams of boiled green beans mix it well. At last take it out in a salad bowl and pour the sauce on the top of it and serve it.
