Corn Bhujia By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Sweet corns 2 cups
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp heaped
  • Ginger garlic paste half tsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Crush red pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies (chopped) 2
  • Coriander leave chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. In a blender put corn, gram flour, ginger garlic, salt sugar, crush red pepper and egg.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Remove in a bowl add chopped coriander green chilies, mix well deep fry till golden brown.
