CORN CHICKEN BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pcs
  • Sweet corn 1 tin
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Flour 4 tbsp heaped
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
  • Boiled macaroni 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Grinded green masala 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, green masala, and 2 cups of water till chicken tender, and add  1 cup stock left.
  2. Strain stock keep chicken aside.
  3. In another pan, heat butter, fry flour with salt pepper mustard, add stock, milk, 2 tbsp grated cheese, sweet corn and boiled chicken.
  4. Put this mixture in a greased oven proved dish, add boiled macaroni, cover with cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 mins till top is light golden. Serve immediately.
