Corn Rice

Corn rice:

Ingredients:

2 cup Basmatic Rice( soaked)
1 cup Corn (boiled)
1/4 cup capsicum (diced)
1 medium Onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
3-4 Green Chillies chopped
2 tsp Ginger crushed
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cardamom
1 pcs Cinnamon
3-4 Cloves
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp Taara garm masala
Salt – to taste
1/4 cup cooking Oil
Water or chicken stock 2.1/2 – 3 Cups

Method:

Heat oil in pan fry onion with whole spices untill become translucent, add ginger garlic, tomato, green chillies and fry more.
Add corn, salt, black pepper and Taara garm masala and stirr.
Now add 2.1/2 or 3 cup of water/chicken stock, add rice and cook untill rice absorbs all water.
Now add capsicum, mix well and covered pan for dum.
Delicious corn rice ready to serve.
