Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 250 gram
salt 1 tsp - Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- jayfil grinded a pinch
- Saffron a pinch
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 2 hours.
- Put on skewers, cook in rice cooker with 2 tbsp of oil and serve with chatni.
