Creamy Pesto Pasta Recipes
Ingredients:
Basil 1 cup
Cilantro 1 cup
Pine nuts 1/2 cup
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Green chillies 3
Lemon juice of 1-2 lemons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil 3/4 cup
Pesto sauce as required
Cream 1 cup
Cooked pasta as required
Stir fried mushrooms as required
Baby corn as required
Green peas as required
Method:
In a food processor blend the basil, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, chillies and pine nuts while drizzling in the olive oil until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper as to taste. To prepare the dish, add the boiled pasta, pesto sauce, stir fried vegetables and cream into a pan and toss over a medium heat until combined.
