Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp.
- Green Chilies 4
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp.
- Chicken Tikka Masala 2 tbsp.
- Cream 2 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- Eggs (beaten) 2
- Bread Crumbs as required
Method:
- Cut chicken in 1-inch cubes and marinate it with given ingredients.
- Now place each chicken on a wooden skewer and dip in the beaten eggs, fold in bread crumbs and deep fry.
- Serve with chutney
