Creamy Makhni Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 20 pieces
  • Ghee ¼ cup
  • Yoghurt 4 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
  • Khatai Powder ½  tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sambal Oleak 2 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
  • Ingredients For Gravy:
  • Oil ¼  cup
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
  • Tomato Puree ½ cup
  • Onion (blended) ½  cup
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Cream ½  cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, heat oil
  2. Add ginger garlic paste add marinated chicken fry , for 15 min.
  3. Remove chicken add blended onion cook for 5 min
  4. Add tomato puree and all the remaining ingredients under gravy cook on low heat lastly add cream, mix well.
  5. Serve garnish with coriander.
