Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 20 pieces
- Ghee ¼ cup
- Yoghurt 4 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
- Khatai Powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sambal Oleak 2 tbsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
- Ingredients For Gravy:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
- Tomato Puree ½ cup
- Onion (blended) ½ cup
- Green Chilies 4
- Cream ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, heat oil
- Add ginger garlic paste add marinated chicken fry , for 15 min.
- Remove chicken add blended onion cook for 5 min
- Add tomato puree and all the remaining ingredients under gravy cook on low heat lastly add cream, mix well.
- Serve garnish with coriander.
