Ingredients:
- Beef Undercut ½ kg
- Pasta (boiled) ½ packet
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Garlic Pasta 1 tsp
- Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
- Ingredients Of White Sauce:
- Milk 2 cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Butter 100 gms
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Cream ½ cup
Method:
- In a pan, add beef under cut, black pepper, salt, garlic paste, water and boil
- When they are tenders and dries the water.
- For making white sauce:
- In separate pan, heat butter add flour and fry.
- When aroma comes add milk, black pepper, salt, oregano, cream and mix.
- Add boiled pasta, boiled beef and mix.
- Pour in a oven proof dish.
- After this, add grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake in 180c for 20 minutes.
