Ingredients:
Beef Undercut ½ kg
Pasta (boiled) ½ packet
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic Pasta 1 tsp
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Ingredients Of White Sauce:
Milk 2 cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 100 gms
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Method:
• In a pan, add beef under cut, black pepper, salt, garlic paste, water and boil.
• When they are tenders and dries the water.
• For making white sauce:
• In separate pan, heat butter add flour and fry.
• When aroma comes add milk, black pepper, salt, oregano, cream and mix.
• Add boiled pasta, boiled beef and mix.
• Pour in a oven proof dish.
• After this, add grated cheddar cheese.
• Bake in 180c for 20 minutes.
