Crispy Bhindi By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Bhindi half kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Khatai powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric quarter tsp
  • Allspice quarter tsp

 

Method:

  1. Remove top and tail from bhindi.
  2. Cut each bhindi into 4 thin slices.
  3. Mix it with all the given ingredients deep fry till crisp.
  4. Ready to Serve Crispy Bhindi.
