Crispy chicken balls By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Bread 3 slices soaked in water
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2

 

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with ginger garlic, salt, pepper and Wooster sauce with 1 cup water till tender, remove and shred chicken and mix with the left over thick masala.
  2. Mix in the soaked slices of bread, also add 1 egg, mix well, add in 1 egg with coriander leaves and green chilies, make into balls, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in crumbs and fry.
