Crispy Fried Bhindi by Zubaida Tariq

Crispy Fried Bhindi recipe by Zubaida Tariq is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Handi” on Masala TV only.

Ingredients:

  • Lady Fingers 1 kg
  • Almonds (finely chopped) 15
  • Salt to taste
  • Button Red Chilies (crushed) as required
  • Chaat Masala ½ tsp
  • Oil as required

METHOD:

1. First wash 1 kg lady fingers and dry them out.
2. Then cut them in vertically.
3. Put oil as required in the pan and deep fry the lady fingers and fry until golden brown, take them out on a tissue paper so that it becomes crisp.
4. When you want to serve, serve it hot.
5. Roast 15 almonds and put them in the lady finger and serve.
6. Also add salt to taste , crushed red chilies and ½ tsp chaat masala and serve it hot.
