Crispy Mince Wadas By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Mince 250 grams
  • Onions (Finally chopped) 1 cup
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies (ground) 6
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp grinded
  • Ginger Paste 1 inch piece
  • Cinnamon & Clove Powder 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds (roasted & ground) 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Grind the mince very finely, heat 1 tbsp oil fry onion till brown add in all the ingredients expect gram flour mix well now add gram flour and coriander leaves and 2 tbsp hot oils mix well shape into tinny wadas and deep fry till golden.
