Crown Bread

Crown Bread
Ingredients:
Flour 4 cups
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Egg 1
Dry Milk 2 tbsp
Butter 2 ounces

Method:
• Mix 1 tsp salt in flour together with sugar, yeast, dry milk, butter and make a dough with lukewarm water. Keep it for an hour.
• Make 7 balls out of the dough.
• Line 6 of the balls with each other making a circle and put the 7th one in the middle.
• Keep it for 30 minutes.
• Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
• Bake on 200 C for 20 – 25 minutes.
