Curry Patta Chutney by Chef Gulzar in Dawat on Masala TV

 

Ingredients
Curry Leaves                         20 -25
Tamarind Pulp                     1 cup
Whole Red Chilies                     8-10
Mustard Seeds                     1 tbsp
Garlic                             5-6 cloves     
Oil                                 2-3 tbsp
Salt                                 to taste

Method
 Take a cooking add 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil add 20- 25 curry leaves, 8-10 whole red chilies, 1 tbsp of mustard seeds, 5-6 cloves of garlic and add to taste salt. When its popping. Then add take a blender jug add 1 cup of tamarind paste and add all the mixture in blender, blend it. Now curry patta leaves chutney is ready.
