Custard Seviyan

Ingredients:

  • Milk  1 litre
  • Vermicelles ¾cup
  • Green Cardamom 3-4
  • Vanilla Custard Powder 2 tbsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios (chopped)
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a pan, add milk , vermicelles and cook.
  2. After the 15 minutes, add sugar, green cardamom and cook.
  3. Add custard powder and cream.
  4. After 5 minutes, take it out.
  5. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
