Ingredients:
- Yellow lentil soaked 250 gm
- Water 1 cup
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Blended tomatoes 2
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 ounce
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 chopped
Method:
- Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, fry well, add blended tomatoes, with tomato paste and boil moong ki daal
- Add cream, cook for 5 mins and remove. In another sauce pan.
- Heat butter, add chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, mix and add to the daal.
- Now put this daal back to cook mixing well, remove in a handi
- Now garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies and 1 tbsp butter.
