Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour 500 grams
- Gram Lentils(Boiled) 100grams
- Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
- Crushed Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Clarified Butter For Frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 100 Grams of boiled gram lentils a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of crushed cumin seeds, ½ tsp of nigella seeds and chopped them all the ingredients .
- Take 500 grams all purpose flour add 2 -3 tbsp, of clarified butter mix it well and make a dough cut into the small balls.
- Roll the each paratha fill the filling in it and twist it and roll with the help of rolling pin, heat the pan add clarified butter and fry the paratha .
- Now daal paratha are ready serve it
