Daal Paratha

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour 500 grams
  • Gram Lentils(Boiled) 100grams
  • Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
  • Crushed Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Clarified Butter For Frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take 100 Grams of boiled gram lentils a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of crushed cumin seeds, ½ tsp of nigella seeds and chopped them all the ingredients .
  2. Take 500 grams all purpose flour add 2 -3 tbsp, of clarified butter mix it well and make a dough cut into the small balls.
  3. Roll the each paratha fill the filling in it and twist it and roll with the help of rolling pin, heat the pan add clarified butter and fry the paratha .
  4. Now daal paratha are ready serve it
