Ingredients:
- White flour ½ kg
- Split Bengal gram 250gm
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Cumin roasted 2tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Coriander 1tsp
- Pomegranate 1tbsp
- Mint 1bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Chaat masala 1tsp
- Onion 1
- Tamarind water 4tbsp
- Clarified butter as required
Method:
- Finely chop green chilies, onion , mint and garlic.
- Now add boil lentil.
- Add spices and mix wel with hands.
- Now make rotis with white flour and put the filling, lastly fry and serve .
