Ingredients:
- Green Gram 1 cup
- Red Lentils 1 cup
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Green Chilies 6
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Tomatoes 250 gms
- For Tempering:
- Curry Leaves 10
- Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves 10
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion 1
Method:
- Wash green gram, red lentils and spinach, cook on low flame.
- When they are tender add red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, tomatoes mix well.
- Now add green chilies.
- After this, remove from the stove and add cream.
- To prepare tempering, heat oil add onion until brown, curry leaves, cumin seeds, garlic cloves.
- In the end, pour tempering Daal Saag and serve it.
